MEET ARIANNA DANTONE

FOUNDER & INSTRUCTOR

My name is Arianna Dantone, but you can call me Ari. I'm 27 years old, I'm a full-time real estate transaction coordinator, I have 3 cats, 1 pug, and I was born and raised in the suburbs of Houston, TX. I've worn many hats the past few years to get to the point of making this transaction coordinating course. From a hostess to a server to a bartender at a restaurant, to an online fitness coach, to a social media influencer, to a real estate agent, to a transaction coordinator - I'm well versed in customer service through a multitude of industries and experiences. I've been in the real estate industry for six years now - starting as an agent on a small real estate team and moving to their transaction coordinator, administrative assistant, and social media coordinator as they grew into the ninth-ranked team in Texas and weren't so small anymore. I worked with them for two years before having the desire to expand by launching my own transaction coordinating business successfully closing over 600 transactions in the FIRST YEAR!

“I have been working with Arianna for yearrrssss and have always believed in her ability to not only handle all of my transactions but to do so with professionalism and compassion. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Q: Is there 1:1 coaching involved in this course?

Coaching is not 1:1. This is strictly a self-paced course. However, I will answer questions sent via email.

  • Q: Do you offer payment plan options?

Payment plans are available! Details are on the registration page.

  • Q: I am totally new to the real estate industry. Can I still take this course and build the career you describe here?

Yes you can! The course not only outlines how to start a career as a transaction coordinator, but explains commonly used phrases and terms related to a real estate transaction so that if you are new to the field, you won’t be lost. It also explains the ins and outs of a transaction including important deadlines and dates.

  • Q: Why should I choose your program?

Transaction coordinating is a highly skilled position with tons of reward, but it is not well known and the training is seriously lacking. There is a huge need for competent transaction coordinators in the real estate industry however there is no training or guidance offered by the state, or anywhere really that I could find. Most transaction coordinators will tell you that they learned as they went and didn't really know what they were doing - they just figured it out as they would go. This program takes the trial and error out of the transaction coordinating so that you can start and/or boost your business ASAP and have things run smoothly.
