Transactions on Fire
A step-by-step program for launching your career as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
But you've heard it's a viable career for many reasons:
You might be a real estate agent and flat out dislike it. The inconsistent work, less time with your family, and interacting with people just isn't your jam. Maybe you tried the lender or title routes, and it isn't going well, or it's not fulfilling. Either way, you still love the industry, just not your current role.
You may already be a transaction coordinator working in-house at a brokerage or on a team and want to learn more. But little education or success is coming your way, and you want to figure out how to launch your own business.
You might even be a virtual assistant who simply wants to narrow your niche and specialize in real estate.
Sure, you could stay where you're at right now.
Or, you could take on an OPPORTUNITY TO HELP OTHERS, EMBARK ON A PERSONAL ENRICHMENT JOURNEY, HAVE A LONG-TERM CAREER, and RECEIVE CONSISTENT INCOME.
No matter where you're at, you have your concerns:
What if you can't find agents to work with you once you're a transaction coordinator?
How do you figure out the systems or software used so that you don't feel lost and overwhelmed?
What do agents need from you as their TC?
Do you need a real estate license?
How does a real estate transaction work from start to finish anyway?
Call me your new Transaction Coordinator mentor because the real estate industry is on fire, and I want to help YOU make your mark in it.
Turns out the agent thing wasn’t for me - showing homes and the processes were draining, but I wanted to stay in the industry.
2 years later, I started my own transaction coordinating business, Full Service Transactions!
Since then, I’ve successfully closed over 2,000 transactions in my now four years total in real estate (for perspective: most active, full-time real estate agents close about 10 transactions a year).
After building my empire, and helping many teams and agents grow - I knew that my processes, systems, and skills were something worth sharing with others who desired a meaningful, flexible, and thriving career as a TC as well.
I want to help YOU start the career of your dreams.
Building my own empire allowed me to help even more teams and agents grow.
And in return, my business grew like crazy, too.
In the first year, Full Service Transactions successfully closed over 600 transactions! For some perspective: Most active, full-time real estate agents close about 10 transactions a year.
Since then, I've closed over 1,200 transactions as an independent TC and over 2,000 in my now four years in real estate.
After conducting research and building experience through every single one of those transactions, I knew that my processes, systems, and skills were something worth sharing with others who desired a meaningful, flexible, and thriving career as a TC as well.

“I have been working with Arianna for yearrrssss and have always believed in her ability to not only handle all of my transactions but to do so with professionalism and compassion. It’s difficult being a business owner who prides themselves on superior customer service to let go of control when it comes to trusting someone to communicate your clients effectively and with the same care you do, with Arianna and Full Service Transactions I feel comfortable handing over my files without concern or worry, it’s like having a second set of eyes on everything and my clients rave about the fluidity between FST and my business!”
“The most important and rewarding investment I have ever made into my business is to hire FST to handle my transactions. The level of detail, consistency, and quality of work they provide elevates the experience for me and my clients. In an industry where things are moving fast and the value of time is ever-increasing, FST are not just business game-changers, but life-changers. If your goal is to put a system in place that is efficient and easy so that you can focus on relationships and what matters most, FST has to be incorporated into your business, today”
“Full Service Transactions is a necessity for The Bridge Group. I want to work with vendors that are like minded to my brand and company, so FST is the perfect fit. Their commitment to excellence and delivering 5 star service is in line with the direction my team and I are heading. I don’t hesitate to recommend them to other agents I work with as I know their clients and their business will both benefit tremendously from their relationship with FST.”
“Since I started our team with Full Service Transactions I saw an immediate increase in our level of service and decrease in stress. Arianna has been amazing on her response time, efficiency, and communication. I'm absolutely loving our partnership with her company for transaction management.”
“The work Full Service does transcends business. Their impact is felt by the consumers they assist, the Realtors they partner with, and other Real Estate vendors (like myself.) It's a breath of fresh air to work with them!”
Coaching is not 1:1. This is strictly a self-paced course. However, I will answer questions sent via email.

Yes you can! The course not only outlines how to start a career as a transaction coordinator, but explains commonly used phrases and terms related to a real estate transaction so that if you are new to the field, you won’t be lost. It also explains the ins and outs of a transaction including important deadlines and dates.
Transaction coordinating is a highly skilled position with tons of reward, but it is not well known and the training is seriously lacking. There is a huge need for competent transaction coordinators in the real estate industry however there is no training or guidance offered by the state, or anywhere really that I could find. Most transaction coordinators will tell you that they learned as they went and didn't really know what they were doing - they just figured it out as they would go. This program takes the trial and error out of the transaction coordinating so that you can start and/or boost your business ASAP and have things run smoothly.
